Do you keep stock or only order after you receive a order?
All our products that is not clearly marked Sold Out will be in stock.
I cant find the knife I am looking for?
We do special orders for knives we do not stock, you can mail us at email@example.com and we will gladly assist to try and get you the knife you need.
I see the knife I am looking for is out of stock. Will you be getting in again?
We regularly re stock knives that was sold out. Add your email address to the email when available tab on the knife you want and we will notify you as soon as it is back in stock.
Do you sell fakes/Clones/replicas?
We will never deal in counterfeit goods. We only sell the real thing. We make sure all our goods come direct from the relevant manufacturers or approved distributors for those brands.
Can I collect my website order?
Yes you can. All we ask for is to add a note to the order that you would like to collect. We need one Business day notice for any collections. Collections can be made Monday - Friday between 09:00 and 16:00. We will whatsapp you a location to our premises. We are based between Hartbeespoortdam and Brits on Silkaatsnek.
I want the goods sent by Postnet or Pargo. How do I ask for this?
When you do the checkout, please add a note on the order that you would like to use any of those services. Also include the relevant branch name it needs to be sent to. Postnet parcels ony get sent out twice a week.
How long before the orders are sent out and how long does it take for me to receive my order?
We aim to send out parcels within 2 Business days from the orders was placed. From the day you receive a waybill number orders can take 2-4 Business days for delivery. ( Some areas only receive courier parcels once a week, for these areas parcels can take 3-7 Business days for delivery )
