Description

With the Air Lite, Cold Steel focused on making a feather-light (3.2 oz.) ultra slim (8.8 mm thick) folder that can be carried 24/7 while still leaving room in the pocket for other essential gear. But what they didn't do in their quest to make a super EDC knife was skimp on workmanship and materials. That's why every tanto and drop point blade in the Air Lite series exhibits flawless craftsmanship and premium materials. The blades are made from quality Japanese AUS-10A stainless steel famed for its edge holding ability, strength, and toughness and the handles are laser cut from highly textured G10. Even the locking mechanism can't be beaten as there is nothing better than the celebrated Tri-Ad Lock when it comes to protecting your fingers. Budget-friendly pricing, amazing sharpness, and enormously comfortable and useable, the Air Lites are hard to beat for every day carry!

Love it!

Great factory edge, proper quality, didn't know I needed one until I had one and now I can't live without it.

Great edc

Very tidy folder. Steel keeps an edge well and sharpens up nicely on the strop.

Cold Steel Air Lite

This knife is light, strong, thin and well made. It melts into your pocket. Wish I'd bought one sooner!

Gentlemans working folder

1st off nobody knows why Cold Steel increase their prices so drastically when using G10 but they do, fortunately theyre products are well priced to start with.
For a Cold Steel it blends it hence it really is gentlemanly, not in your face. Its light, very light < 100g and thin or flat, whichever way you look at it.

Its not exotic, its not my favourite but I have to admit over the last year its probably the most carried because of the weight, profile, shape, doesnt scare people and its tough. Forget the knife snobs, earlier today I cut dried palm tree stems with it. No twisting, no bending and the Aus10 is pretty good.
I have a love hate relationship with this knife. I dont want to carry it as often, I have better looking knives, more expensive knives but as a user, I just do.
